Am interested in learning Muay Thai. Passed by the MT gym at Golden Mile. Anyone taken lessons there before? Any tips? Also as if have health problem cannot over exert... still ok to learn? Thank you all.  |

Eh... Wat medical problm isit??? Basically.. Boxing is a very exerting sport... Training consists of alot of cardio ezcercise.. All to build up stamina n endurance...
If ur a downgrade personnel for NSF or NsMan... I wld suggest not to take it up...

u can try the forum that talk alot about MT training in sngapore, http://muaythai.sg/, i thinking to try this one went to the gym and check out the price quite ok and structure,www.HillTopTheGym.com. Btw the way most of the MT gym give 1 free trial session before u decide to sign up wth them. |

I saw the GM one is $24 per lesson. 1 month package is $96. hmmm... how much is this hilltop? GM one free trial need to pay, is very traditional gym. Hilltop i forget is like $200 for 10 session to clear within a certain period, i seen the traning like not bad. i intend to join hilltop to build my physical and core strength then go GM and train there... or another cheaper one is http://www.fightg.com/, http://www.fightg.com/feesnew.htm. but comment on this is not so structure training |
