Cheebye is vagina. In here, we used it to scold people  and we dont use sophisticated word like vagina. Cheebye is a word in a dialect call Hokkien. I would dare to assume most foreigners 1st vulgarity they learn in Sg is cheebye.

if u see CCB, it means chao cheebye. smelly vagina if translated directly.
