My GT is coming singapore next week. It's gonna be her 6th time here within a year.
The last time she came here is 2 mths ago. Last trip, she xtended her stay via U-Turn as ICA website rejected her xtend.
Her last 5 rounds of staying in SG is not all 30 days... there were 2 entry which is 2 weeks.

I'm afraid she might be asked to go back upon entry into SG next week.
We intend to ROM somewhere in Jan next year.

1. If she suay suay kanna u-turn back to BKK... does it affect her next entry?
2. If she kanna caught working without WP. How long will the ban be?
3. If she produce our ROM date, will it help her to enter SG?
4. After ROM, i will apply for her LTVP. If she gets 6 mths.. can she work? If she work without WP will tio oso?
5. How long before i can apply PR for her?

if she suay suay kanna ask to U-turn back at the airport, it will definitely have some effect for her next visit to singapore, as there will be records.
if she is caught working in singapore without a work permit, definitely she will be send back immediately, as for the ban for entry, it depend...normally is at least 1 year, but some to the extend of 3 years...solely depend on immigration dept.
if she can provide a geniune valid ROM date (letter of notice) upon singapore airport, it will definitely a great help for her to enter singapore.
she is still unable to work have LTVP (6months/1year), if caught, she will still face the same punishment, but this time, might be even strict.
LTVP and PR, u can applied concurrently once ROMed...LTVP will take about a week or more for approval, as for PR, it will take longer time...but u must provide ur employment letter, CPF statements and income tax proof..i remember there is some more document required...u must check with ICA...

customs sending the TGs back without any reason has been going on for a long time already, up till now we still dun know on what grounds they can do so. Never hear of any bros blowing up the matter and screwing the officers there as well.

Maybe should report it in Stomp or the New Paper to bring attention on this issue...

Such is the powers of their discretionary powers.

What are the things u can do to stop the ban? 2 yrs... omg.. i would have killed myself.
