Our client is a supply chain management US MNC and we are looking to fill the above position.
Responsibilities:Provide support for troubleshooting of hard drives and network drives or media products, installation of hard drives, RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) support
Answer to general enquiries on product information via phone and email support.
Excellent level of service with client’s questions and concerns
Handling customer inquiries through telephone, web and e-mail
Dealing with regional business partners.
Case logging of customers’ information into database
Other administrative functions such as filing and arranging couriers
Requirements:Diploma in IT/Computing would be advantageous
Level 1 technical support knowledge for IT Hardware
*Fresh Grads are welcomed to apply
Preferably with call center or customer service
Thai Native, or fluency with Thai
Knowledge of MS Office
Pleasant, outgoing and cheerful disposition
Applicants who are able to start immediately or within a short notice have an added advantage.
