assuming you are sending light items, e.g. up to few dozen kilos, Singpost will be cheapest. Rates are on their website.

u can go goldenmile.
there have remittance service for parcel or goods.
rates is reasonable.
the good thing is they understand thai, so if you write to them the address in thai, they can read.
