Hi Bros,

My girl was rejected entry into sg from jb in Nov 2011. there is a chop at the back of her passport.

Is it possible for her to come back to sg this month, Feb 2012?
Should i write an appeal letter to ICA before she comes?

oh! forget to mention, this time round she is just coming to visit me and my family.
Wouldnt be staying for more than 2 weeks.

that's what everybody says... that's why even if you say is the truth... nobody also will complete believe.

if got chop/status in passport... re-entry damn tough liow.

best advice... hide in boot... keep quiet...

If there's a chop with lots of "X" behind her passport. den it's really tough already.
but i think if really want her to come in, can ask ICA about guarantying her in?

I am a little confused on how to contact ICA.

dun bother emailing or writing in, you will end up with no answer/standard civil service reply.

Better go down in person, speak to person in charge there, get his full name and position, record the entire conversation, and then post it on FB or Stomp if he gives you stupid reasons for barring her entry.

No problem, but don't be surprised if the people at the counter give you the brush off, asking you to write in/email/submit online.

Don't give in, be prepared to make a scene if necessary, and keep asking to speak to the person's head until you get the person you want.
