Heard from one of the girls at V3 that V4 is going to open soon...
Heard it's 3 times bigger than current V3 and it's located at The Central, Clarke Quay.
It's not a smoker's heaven as it's prohibited from smoking inside.

I remember J dee is also a non smoking joint. They had a smoking room inside.
