Its been awhile since I was here, drop by with a group of friends at SRT
Same setting from my last visit, IMO still the smallest Thai Joint in Sg, nice deco & woody feel... reach there around 10pm... we were the first customers & ordered a couple of beer to go along the night... saw a handful of pooyings report strength around 10.30pm... with some above average looks but never-in-match with those in Aura or DH... 1st set stage performance started around 10.45pm... the band performance is alright, saw couple of female singers but dun think they have male singer.
It was a slow warm up for us guys... the coyote/singers were sitting one corner till around 11.15 then a couple of two came over & we started to have chit chats & gaming session... the other pooyings join in for games as well... it was a fun night & enjoyable ones.. the Bros stay-put but me CMI & left the crime scene by 1mn... during the night octopuss one of the singer there and gonna summon for S$44 penalty (2 LD + 2 flower)... By the time I left the joint has 4 tables of customers
Last but not least is the pricing, they do not have HH pricing... a jug @ S$32, tower @ S$88, 2 x Hennessy @ S$318, 2 x black lebal @ S$298, Chivas @ S$180, Martell @ S$218... operation from 9pm till 6am.
Overall apart from steep pricing & small joints, its a chill place to enjoy your cold beer, place is cosy, very neat & tidy. aircon is (very) cooling & enough seats to go around, toilet is in the house. staff attentive & things served quickly (but I think too many of them in such a small place, if I am not wrong I saw 7 of them)... Music not deafening & they had a female DJ... pooying not very suai but still able to entertain u for the rest of the night & I salute them, able to take the party beating from 10 till 6 almost every night... But if all things fail u, then there are Club Two Twenty Eight upstair, or further walking distance with Club Aura & V5 Typhoon to spoil your choices, enjoy
PS: a side note that beside SRT there is a new small Joint as well, but not sure Thai or Philippines, saw couple of girls hanging at the entrance...
